Q: How long will you have your items in stock?
A: We'll carry the items in stock as long as they're currently trending. If they trend dies, we'll stop carrying the item in stock, so get it while it's hot!
We redeem the right to add or subtract any items from our e-commerce store at anytime without notifying anybody. Time is of the essence and we must often times move fast and make quick judgement calls.
Q: How long does a trend last?
A: It can be any where for a few days to several years. We can never know when a trend will be started or end.
Q: What determines if something is trending?
A: If social acceptance is high, especially online, we consider it trending. When people are commenting, liking and engaging with posts, most likely they are adding value to their lives in some way. Often times it's due to the basic evolution of the human needing something bigger, better or more advanced than before.
We love to add value to people in their daily lives, which is why we started this business. We want our customers and fans to enjoy looking forward to what is currently trending.
Q: What types of items do you have in stock?
A: We look for items that are currently trending or of subject matters that are currently trending.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
A: Most of our items take around 12-20 days for shipping. If it takes longer than that, please let us know immediately so we can look into the situation and try to fix the issue! We can ship faster, but it will cost much more and often times more than the items themselves. If you'd like faster shipping, please email us an inquiry with your order number (if applicable).
Q: Why are my items coming in separate packages and sometimes on separate days?
A: We carry our items from many vendors mainly for the reason that we cannot fully predict what will be trending now or in the future. Therefore, we always hunt for what's trending now and often times our vendors do not carry the variety we have to offer so it's imperative we use different vendors to find the most trending items to offer you. Because of this, items are shipped from different vendors from different locations.
Please be assured, we only work with the highest rated vendors and although there may very rarely be issues with products or vendors, we will not work with any vendors that are constantly giving problems. If this is the case, please contact us with your concern and we'll do our best to ensure you get the best customer service we can offer.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We only accept returns on goods that were damaged on the way to the buyer. On mis-purchases, we will accept the item back with a 25% restocking fee and buyer must pay for shipping costs. If the item was damaged on the way to shipping to buyer, then please take a photo and email us at email@example.com immediately so we can sort it out. Upon approval, send the item within 7 days to the address we'll provide within the body of the email.
Q: Can we suggest items for you to sell in your store that we think are currently trending?
A: Absolutely! We'd love to hear your thoughts about items we have in stock or opinions on what you think we should have in stock. If you have photos or video examples, even better! Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with "Suggested Currently Trending Merchandise" in the header.
Q: If I sign up for your newsletter or when I give my information during purchase, what will you use my information for?
A: We only use your information for shipping purposes. Your payment is highly secure through our Shopify store. Your email gathered will only be used to send you offers and updates about our store and merchandise. We may use the same information for our partnered companies in the future, however we will not spam you in any way, shape or form. We respect our customers' privacy 100%. You may unsubscribe at any time.
